Gian Paolo Venier bases concrete tableware on ancient Iranian architecture Postcards featuring ancient Iranian architecture informed this collection of pleated, concrete tableware by Italian designer Gian Paolo Venier. Taking its name from the Farsi word for concrete, the Siman collection was born from an image on a postcard of the 12th-century Toghrul tower, situated near Tehran, Iran. With this architectural style in mind, Venier focused the collection on the idea of "building up a functional landscape," designing the series to collectively look like ancient ruins or an archaeological site. "The seven pieces carry a strong architectural character and act as little structures populating interior landscapes, with a highly graphic and timeless personality," said the designer. @gpvdesign جیان پائولو ونیر با الهام گرفتن از معمارى باستانى ايران مبناى ظروف بتونى خود را قرار داد. كارت پستالى با مضمون معمارى باستانى ايران زمين ساختار اين كالكشن پيچيده ظروف بتونى را از طراح ايتاليايي جیان پائولو ونیر پديد اورد. اين كالكشن به نام سيمان اسمى ايرانى بر خود دارد كه ترجمه انگلسى مهاوره اى بتون است، سيمان كالكشن نتفه و ساختار خود را از كارت پستالى كه بر روى خود عكسى از برج طقرل واقع در تهران ايران كه پيشنه ساخت ان به قرن ١٢ بر ميگردد بر گرفته است. با اين پس زمينه ذهنى از اين سبك معمارى ،ونير را متمركز كرد كالكشن خود با ايده يك منظر كار امد از يك سرى طراحى كه مجموعا به مانند باز مانده هاى از گذشته درو يا همان سايت هاى باستانى است انجام دهد. به گفته طراح اين مجموعه اين هفت قلم بصورت بسيار چشم گير كاركتر هاى معمارى را در خود دارا ميباشد و نقش نمادين سازه اى خود در پيش زمينه چشم با شخصيت بالاو بى انتهاى گرافيكى داراست
